Product Warranty Registration

THE WARRANTY

Airssential® products are covered by a limited warranty offered by Boian Surgical Pty Ltd. (“Boian Surgical”) to the original product purchaser. This warranty covers repair or replacement, at Boian Surgical’s sole discretion, of any component or equipment deemed defective upon inspection.

No distributor of Airssential® products may alter the terms of this warranty. Proof of purchase may be required to substantiate warranty claims.

Boian Surgical warrants that for the stated warranty period of each product, starting from the purchase date, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, provided it is used as intended by the manufacturer and according to the instruction manual.

Boian Surgical, at its option, will repair or replace any product or component found to be defective during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, a replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. Boian Surgical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty.

The Warranty Excludes:

• Freight costs
• Damage caused by improper or accidental use
• Damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts
• Replacement of parts due to normal wear (including cuff and batteries)
• Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modifications to the product
• Do not disassemble the product as this will void the warranty

How to Register the Product

1. By Mail or Email:

• Complete the Warranty Registration Card which is included in the product packaging. If you cannot locate the warranty card, you can download the warranty card here.
• Make a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

How to Obtain Warranty

• If service is required, contact the Airssential Customer Care Service Centre to arrange service on (02) 9708 5560.
• Ship the product, along with:
  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Return address details including your name, address, and contact telephone number.
  3. Include a cheque or money order made out to “Boian Surgical” for $9.90 to cover return shipping and insurance,
