Refund policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, in limited circumstances it may be necessary to return your product to us. Please ensure that you follow these instructions for returning a product to avoid a delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns.

Returns will not be accepted unless they have a Returns Authorisation Number on the label. This number can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.

You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact Customer Service should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made.

When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us (except where the product is faulty when we will arrange for collection of the product).

Any product returned to us must be returned in unused and re-saleable condition in original, undamaged packaging. This may require the item to be packed into an outer carton for protection of the packaging during transit.

Refunds will be processed within thirty [30] days from the date you tell us of a product return. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by us in its original or delivered state.

You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
